Step By Step written instruction for creating rubber stamps (with videos)
Step #1. Create your design with the Magic Art software

- Recommended Tool-path setting option
A. Select the hatching tool-path. B. Select the V-Cutter 35º. C. Set the depth at 1mm ~ 1.2mm. D. Set the hatching interval at 0.05mm. E. Leave the Engraving Outline unchecked. |
Step #2. Transfer design to the bakelite plate

- Engraving the bekelite plate with the design you`ve created. It may take several minutes,
depending on the size of the stamp design. |
Step #3. Heat-Pressing the rubber pad
|
- Put a rubber pad on the engraved bajelite plate. Pre-heat temperature to 120 ~ 130ºC.
Place the rubber pad on bakelite plate into the heat press by rotating the wheal clockwise. Remove it after 10 minutes. |
Step #4. Attach it to a stamp holder
|
- Trim the pressed rubber pad and attach it to a stamp holder. Now, it`s ready to use.
